Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SerpUp's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
SerpUp provides search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing services. The specific services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in your service agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to implement SEO recommendations. Delays caused by lack of client response may affect project timelines.
No Guarantees
While we employ industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic increases. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change.
Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and materials created by SerpUp remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
SerpUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
