Client Responsibilities

Pay invoices when due

Payments

Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated in your agreement.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable for work already completed.

Upon full payment, you own deliverables specifically created for your business unless otherwise agreed.

Software
Templates
Research tools
Proprietary systems

Website Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe upon third-party rights.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or algorithm updates by these providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SerpUp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings, or business interruption.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services during the preceding three (3) months.

Outstanding balances remain payable after termination.
